Our Water Villas are only rented out for recreational purposes;
Reservations for groups or parties of persons under the age of 21 are not allowed.
Organizing parties, student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in and around the water villas is prohibited.

For groups that fall outside the above criteria, we apply a deposit of € 750.00.
